WORKSHOP: Maximized Living Nutrition & Recipe Night

As a follow-up to the Maximized Living Seminar on January 21, 2012:
We invite you to participate in “Recipe Night” and bring a prepared food item from our list of Maximized Living recipes!
We will cover, review and answer your questions on:
- The Core Plan & Advanced Nutrition Plan
- Strategies to reduce high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, fatigue, poor digestion, excess weight.
Plus:
- Results of Leptin and Metabolic Profile Testing will be distributed and explained for those tested on February 11. Results come with a nutritional and hormonal interpretive guide which is vital for everyone to understand, whether you were tested or not.

Max March 30 Day Challenge (community health/fitness program) - $69 per person
Over the month of March, we as a Maximized Living community invite you to join us for your Max March 30 Day Challenge. This Challenge will kick off on February 28th, at our Nutrition Workshop/ Recipe Night at the Westview Baptist Church (where all the events will take place) and includes a workout package. We will be meeting every other Saturday in March from 9-10am for a Surge Training workout. 2 - Maximized Living Grocery Store Tours will be available (March 8th and March 22nd). Nutrition Webinar on March 13th. Includes ticket for the next Maximized Living Makeover on April 21, 2012. The Challenge will end on March 31 after our last Surge Training Workout, where we will have our final weight in.
