DINNER EVENT: Local Food Skills

London Training Centre is pleased to invite you to enjoy a unique dining experience!

Every month our Local Food Skills program culminates in a 3 course dinner prepared and served in our kitchen. Demonstrating the skills and experiences gained through the program, this meal is provided by the participants under the guidance of Chef Steve James.

Thursday, February 23rd, 2012 
Dinner is served at 6pm – please arrive early

- Homemade paperadalle noodles with east coast crab and saffron butter sauce
- Roasted Ontario lamb leg/ gratin potatoes/ Brussels sprouts/ gremolata sauce
- Maple apple crepes with house made sour cream ice cream
- Fair trade organic coffee

$25.00 per person

“NEW THIS MONTH”
Guests can now purchase an additional glass ($5.00) or bottle ($25.00) of wine for their table.
